Grow Your Manufacturing Sales Portfolio

Let us help you identify new opportunities for your existing NSNs, assist with the approved supplier process, and grow your sales through our contracting advantages. We can also analyze your manufacturing capabilities to determine products you may be able to manufacture that are needed by the government. We have executed numerous contracts and have the ability to provide hundreds of NSNs.

Government Invoicing System and Administrative Consulting

Government contract administration systems like PIEE (WAWF, VSM, SPRS, etc) and Tungsten are extraordinarily complicated. With our expertise, we can help you clean up your invoicing accounts, and train your administrative staff how to efficiently operate the myriad systems. We can also advise on processes for other compliance regimes like ISO, JCP, ITAR and more!

Reverse engineering and TDP Development

Alpine and its partners have extensive experience with analyzing EOL and out-of-production parts to revise and/or re-create technical data packages. We have helped multiple agencies create 3-D models and new TDPs to record updates to subcomponents and production processes improved by Alpine.


COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO MANUFACTURING SALES Case Study

"Widgets Inc" does minimal amounts of government sales, but finds the market too competitive and complex to dedicate extensive resources for growth. The sales staff at Widgets Inc has done some basic research, and identified certain NSNs that they can produce at a much lower price than recent awarded contracts. However, they lack the personnel resources to identify all of the potential opportunities, as well as submit the required paperwork to become a required source, on top of having no personnel on staff who are familiar with the contract language such as higher level quality, CUI, JCP, and other requirements. Furthermore, the government invoicing systems are prone to errors, and Widgets Inc cannot afford to experience payment delays associated with user error and longer payment terms. 

This is where Alpine can step in to assist, as well as shoulder some of that financial risk. From the start, we can help you identify competitive contracts that your existing products can fulfill. We can navigate the cumbersome process to add Widgets Inc as an approved supplier, and request that those contracts become set-aside contracts to limit competition. In addition, we can quickly analyze your manufacturing capabilities and identify other contracts that Widgets Inc could potentially produce new products for. For example, there may be a requirement for a part that has no approved supplier, and we can work with your engineering team to develop a proposal to manufacture a new product and secure approval as a sole source provider. We have the capital to buy the product directly from Widgets incorporated, and shoulder the financial risk of waiting for the government to pay. Finally, when it comes time to ship, we can ensure that Widgets Inc complies with all packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements.


On the administrative side, we can define the contract requirements, and ensure Widgets Inc understands and executes all of the applicable clauses. We can assist with setting up their WAWF profile, train their administrative personnel on how to navigate the system, help them achieve their JCP certification, ensure they meet the required ISO standards, as well as help them understand the emerging CMMC, and other, standards.

Government Technology SALES and support Case Study

"Software Sales Inc (SSI)" has a new piece of software they feel meets critical government technology needs. However, they are a new start-up, and do not know where to start in approaching the government to provide a proposal. They are looking for a partner to represent and advocate for their product to various program offices, act as a Prime contractor in providing that product, and help with identifying ways to accelerate their penetration into the government market.

Alpine can help SSI with all of those needs! Our corporate technology experience enables us to translate SSI's capabilities to government needs, advise SSI on how to craft their message, make introductions to program decision makers, and develop a comprehensive strategy to pitch their product. For example, for certain technologies, we can help SSI through the SBIR application process, and act as the Prime contractor to manage that governmental relationship. Plus, our status as a minority owned SDVOSB provides significant competitive advantage to get SSI's foot in the door and secure enduring contracts and relationships.
